Profile extrusion production line is mainly used to produce various profiles, such as PVC profiles and aluminum profiles, while sheet extrusion production line focuses on the production of sheets, such as plastic sheets and wood-plastic sheets.
Profile Extrusion Production Line：
Profile extrusion production line usually consists of extruder, die, setting device, traction device, cutting device and winding device. Its working principle is that plastic particles or molten plastic are made to pass through a die to form a profile with the required shape through the rotation and extrusion of an extruder screw, then cooled and shaped by a shaping device, finally pulled by a traction device and cut into the required length by a cutting device, and finally rolled or stacked.
Sheet Extrusion Production Line:
The plate extrusion production line is similar to the profile extrusion production line, but it is mainly used to produce plates. Its components include extruder, die, calendering device, cooling device, cutting device and stacking device. The working principle is that plastic particles or molten plastic are extruded by the extruder screw to form the initial shape of the plate through the die, then calendered and trimmed by the calendering device, cooled and shaped by the cooling device, finally cut into the required size by the cutting device, and finally stacked or packaged.
