Kerneinführung

 

The equipment of high-speed extrusion production line for PE PP-R/PP-RT/PP-B pipes adopts advanced technology, high-end configuration and high-torque and low-noise reducer, which fully embodies high quality and high quality.

1.Sucker: used to store, transport, stir and heat raw materials to ensure the uniformity and proper temperature of raw materials.

1.PE pipes

Second, PP-R pipe

PP-R pipe, also known as type III polypropylene pipe, is a new plastic pipe product developed and applied in Europe in the early 1990s, which is made of random copolymer polypropylene by extrusion and injection molding.

 

Performance characteristics:

-Non-toxic and hygienic: the raw material molecules of PP-R are only carbon and hydrogen, and there are no harmful and toxic elements. It is hygienic and reliable, and can be used in pure drinking water systems.

-Thermal insulation and energy saving: the thermal conductivity of PP-R pipe is low, only 1/200 of that of steel pipe.

-Long service life: under the conditions of working temperature of 70℃ and working pressure of 1.0MPa, the service life can reach more than 50 years; The service life can reach more than 100 years at room temperature.

-Convenient installation: PP-R has good welding performance, and pipes and fittings can be connected by hot melting and electric melting, which is convenient to install and reliable in joint.

Third, PP-RT pipes

PP-RT, namely heat-resistant polyethylene, is a kind of non-crosslinked polyethylene that can be used in hot water pipes.

-Light weight and easy transportation, installation and construction.
